ISO Audit & Certification Process

What is ISO Certification?

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification demonstrates that a company meets globally recognized standards in quality, safety, efficiency, or environmental responsibility. It enhances credibility, boosts customer confidence, and improves operational effectiveness.

ISO Audit & Certification Process:

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We assess your business needs and identify the most relevant ISO standard (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). This helps define the scope, timeline, and resources required for certification.

Step 2: Gap Analysis

A pre-audit review to compare your current processes against the ISO standard requirements. We identify gaps and provide a detailed report outlining necessary improvements.

Step 3: Documentation Development

We assist in creating or reviewing your documentation, such as quality manuals, procedures, and policies, ensuring alignment with ISO standards.

Step 4: Implementation

Your organization implements the revised systems and processes. We may conduct training for staff to ensure full understanding and compliance.

Step 5: Internal Audit

An internal audit is performed to verify that all ISO requirements are being met and that documentation and processes are effective.

Step 6: Management Review

Top management reviews the audit findings, addresses any non-conformities, and ensures readiness for the external audit.

Step 7: External Audit

We conduct the 3rd party official audit for your organization in two stages:

Stage 1: Review of documents and preparedness.

Stage 2: On-site assessment of process implementation and effectiveness.

Step 8: Corrective Actions (If Needed)

If any non-conformities are found, your team must address them. We assist in developing corrective action plans to ensure compliance.

Step 9: Certification Issuance

Upon successful completion of the audit, your organization receives an ISO certificate valid for three years, with annual surveillance audits.

Step 10: Surveillance & Recertification

Annual audits verify continued compliance. A recertification audit is conducted every three years to renew your ISO certification.
